All Calm Time™ therapists are members of The British Association of Beauty Therapy and Cosmetology (BABTAC) and as such follow a strict code of conduct, strict hygiene principles, are professionally trained, qualified and insured.

At the beginning of your appointment your Calm Time™ therapist will conduct a thorough consultation to ensure the treatment is appropriate and safe for you. Your therapist will explain the treatment in detail with you, so you know what to expect, discuss any particular requirements you may have to ensure you get the most enjoyment and benefits from the treatment and consult with you about any contra-indications you may have towards the treatment.

If we feel it is inappropriate for you to have the treatment at this time, we will advise on the best course of action and re-book your appointment at a more suitable time.

Calm Time™ uses professional skincare, body care, nail care and waxing products which are selected, recommended and administered by a professional skincare therapist with the same care that a physician would prescribe medication. The products we use and sell are only available through professional skin centres, medical practices or spas with qualified skincare therapists on staff.

The Dermalogica® skincare and body care products are carefully tested for absolute purity and use contamination-free packaging and safety seal for freshness. Dermalogica® avoids comedogenic and allergy-causing ingredients and only uses food grade preservatives.

At the end of every treatment your therapists will advise on after care where required.
