Preparing for Calm Time

CandlesYou may like to prepare yourself for your Calm Time™ Experience by creating a relaxed and peaceful haven in your home. Pack the kids off to school, switch off your mobile phone and switch on some soothing music.

Light a few candles or aromatic oils, lie down, close your eyes and do some simple breathing exercises. Depending on your treatment there may be some other things you can do to maximise your experience. We can advise you on this when you book or you can view our treatments.
