There are a number of ways in which we can help to personalise your Calm Time™ Experience and make it unique for you.

All facial and body treatments are tailored to your specific skin type and condition, which we assess using the Dermalogica® Face Mapping™ and Body Mapping™ techniques – a comprehensive technique with which we can analyse every aspect of your skin. This technique gives us an objective view of your skin's condition as well as an indication of any underlying health issues that might be affecting it.

You can further personalise your experience according to the results you wish to achieve. Perhaps you're going out and fancy an invigorating, energising treatment or maybe you just want to relax with something more soothing.

Calm Time™ manicures and pedicures are tailored to your individual nail type and condition. The Jessica® advanced nail care system provides customised basecoats and correctives, each precisely right for your particular problem or nail type.

Even for waxing, the type of product we use is determined by the strength of your hair growth and skin type so that we can ensure optimum comfort, minimal skin reaction and maximum efficiency during your waxing treatment.

We can bring an i-pod and speakers with a large selection of relaxing music for you to choose from. If we do not have the music you require you can make a request in advance and we will bring it with us. Perhaps you would prefer no music at all or would like the opportunity to chat to your therapist? Whatever environment you prefer, we tailor your Calm Experience exactly to your wishes.
