What to expect from your Calm Time
We aim to make your Calm Time™ an unforgettable experience - something you will want to talk about and share with your friends.
You don't need to worry about a thing! We will bring everything we need for your Calm Time™ Experience to your home – the towels, the equipment, the products, the expertise.
The only thing we will ask you to provide is warm water, power and enough room to set up a 6ft treatment couch and a trolley. We will take care of everything else!

Your therapist will arrive 20 minutes before the appointment to set-up and prepare the treatment area.
Each treatment will start with a thorough and detailed consultation, so that your therapist can assess the most appropriate treatment type for you and ensure you are given a safe, professional and enjoyable experience.
After the treatment, whilst you're still relaxing, your therapist will take a further 20 minutes to quietly pack everything away, so you can extend your Calm Time™ Experience long after we've left.
