Ordering Products from Calm
We can deliver Dermalogica skincare and bodycare products anywhere within the UK only.
Calm Time Ltd will supply you with products suited to your individual skincare needs, and are only available through professional and qualified skincare therapists.
Every Dermalogica® product we sell carries the commitment 'professional recommendation advised'. Here, at Calm Time Ltd, we endeavour as much as possible to fulfil that commitment. To help us fulfil this commitment to the best of our ability we advise you to fill in the consultation form provided on our website, before purchasing your products, particularly if you are a first-time user of these products.
The details you enter into this website will be recorded by us and accessed by your Calm Therapist only.
You will be able to follow the online purchasing process and pay for your products online through our safe and secure purchasing mechanism.
You will receive confirmation of your order when you have completed your purchase, which will be available for you to print for your records.
If for any reason a product is unavailable your Calm Therapist will contact you and let you know and provide you with an estimated availability date or details of alternative products.
Calm can deliver your product(s) by hand in time with your treatment purchase - all these types of purchases will be delivered free of charge irrespective of spend value.
Calm uses the Post Office or Streetwise Couriers for the delivery of their products, unless otherwise stated.
Calm offers free delivery on orders over £70 to UK mainland addresses.
A postage and packing surcharge of £5 will be added to orders under £70.
Calm will endeavour to deliver any orders placed before midday Monday-Friday within three working days.
Product Cancellation and Refund
As a purchaser of products on our website you have the right to cancel your order online at any time, before the products are shipped, and receive a full product refund or replacement product.
Should you wish to cancel your order, after your products have been shipped, please follow the 'product returns' policies below.
Once you have completed the ordering, purchasing and payment of your products you will be able to track the status of your product order at any time by logging into My Calm on our website.
As a purchaser of products on our website you have the right to return your products within seven days of receipt of your product and receive a full product refund or replacement product - this applies to unopened products only.
For Dermalogica products we offer 100% satisfaction guarantee - if, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with the products you have purchased then please return them to Calm Time Ltd trading address of 4 Clive Place, Portsmouth Road, Esher, Surrey KT10 9LH, for a full refund or replacement product.
Calm Time Ltd reserves the right to refund the cost of your products minus any delivery costs we have incurred in getting the products to you.
Calm Time Ltd cannot refund postage costs.
Please allow seven working days for your refund to be processed, from the day you cancel your product order (before shipment) or from the day we receive your returned goods (after shipment).
Ordering Treatments from Calm
We can deliver a series of general maintenance beauty therapy treatments in the comfort of your home anywhere within the South-West London and Surrey areas of the UK only.
All treatments will be carried out by professionally qualified therapists, all of whom are insured by BABTAC.
The details you enter into this website will be recorded by us and accessed by your Calm Therapist.
You will be able to follow the online appointment booking process and pay for your treatments online through our safe and secure purchasing mechanism.
You will receive confirmation of your treatment order when you have completed your purchase, which will be available for you to print for your records.
If for any reason you cannot find a suitably available date or time for your treatment please contact your Calm Therapist by email or telephone as published on the website, and they will do all that is reasonably possible to meet your requirements.
Any personal information that you choose to provide during your treatment purchasing process and during your treatment experience will be treated with the strictest of confidence and comply with the Data Protection Act.
Treatment Cancellation and Refund
As a purchaser of treatments on our website you have the right to cancel your appointment at any time up to and including your appointment due time.
Should you wish to cancel your appointment within 48 hours or less of your appointment due time Calm Time Ltd reserves the right to receive and retain full payment for the treatment order.
Should you wish to cancel your appointment more than 48 hours of your appointment due time, you will receive a full refund on your treatment order at the time you cancel your appointment. Please allow seven working days for your refund to be processed.
