Fiona is a qualified and experienced beauty therapist, graduating with a BTEC HND from the London College of Fashion in 1987. Fiona went on to gain her Masters in Business Administration (MBA) through Lancaster University in 2001.

Since qualifying in 1987, Fiona has accumulated beauty and business expertise by working as a beauty therapist in salons and as a consultant and account manageress with skincare companies.

In more recent years Fiona has forged a career in customer services and operations with British Airways, gaining experience of training development and delivery, business development and change management.

Calm Time™, which was founded in June 2006, combines Fiona's beauty therapy expertise, business acumen, love of meeting people and her desire to add value to people's lives.
